Welcome to Yes And Therapy

Embrace Possibility

"Yes, and" alludes to my belief that many things can be true at once. One can be anxious AND courageous. One can be grieving AND joyful. One can be confused AND confident. My therapy space is designed to help you navigate life's challenges with openness, creativity, and if we're lucky, a touch of fun. My approach is rooted in authenticity, creativity, compassion, and understanding. I offer individual and couples therapy in central Calgary and virtually across Alberta.

I am proud to work and live in Moh'kinstsis, in this city where the Elbow river meets the Bow River, now known as Calgary. These are the traditional territories of the peoples of the Treaty 7 region in Southern Alberta, which includes the Blackfoot Confederacy (comprising the Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai First Nations) as well as the Tsuut’ina First Nation, and the Stoney Nakoda (including the Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Wesley First Nations); as well as the Métis Nation of Alberta, Districts 5 and 6. I am committed to reconciliation in my work and personal life, as colonizers have a specific treaty responsibilities we must uphold, and I continue to learn from my Indigenous neighbours.
